I have been a freelance web designer since 2004.
I work from home, I charge hourly and can work to any budget. When you contact me, I will talk to you in detail about what you want, how much you can afford, and when you need it completed. I never take on work unless I am sure I will be able to do it.
Most importantly, once the job's finished, I'll still be around. Websites aren't a one-off job.. they evolve with your business. The sites on my portfolio are all customers that I am still in touch with. I help them with their yearly hosting and domain renewals and make changes to their sites when required... and by the way, I can do changes within the hour if that's what you need.
